Central Location and Great Staff
central location friendly staff buffet variety
I appreciate the central location close to Pavilion mall. Many eateries surround the hotel. Staff greetings were very cute at the lobby. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

decent location but some issues
check-in delay missing bed
the location was right next to the pavilion.
I experienced a delay of 1.5 hours for check-in. Even then, one of the rooms was still not ready. i was given two ridiculous options, either move to a different room on another floor at a late hour or make do with the existing bed arrangements.

a decent hotel in a central area
central location breakfast variety spacious room outdated hotel strange smell ineffective air conditioning
the hotel has an excellent location near shopping malls. breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of choices. the room was spacious and well-furnished. the staff were friendly and professional.
The hotel was outdated and not well-kept. i noticed a strange smell in the lobby and my room. It was unpleasant. the air conditioning system did not regulate the temperature effectively. it was either too hot or too cold.

bad smell excessive dust
The breakfast buffet had a good variety. It was acceptable.
The air conditioning barely cooled the room. The lobby smelled bad, just like my room did. I found the dust excessive. The hotel clearly needs better cleaning and maintenance.

solid stay in city
gym equipment shaded section big shopping mall night market
the gym had adequate equipment. i used three treadmills. the pool area included twenty loungers and shaded section. a big shopping mall was right next to the hotel. a night market was within walking distance.
the side table lamps has electrical tape around switch. it was annoying.

location is convenient. i found many restaurants nearby. i saw convenient stores nearby too. access to major shopping areas is also a plus.

staff members are polite and helpful. they accommodate my requests quickly. the club floor lounge is exclusive. the lounge provides a quiet space for relaxation and some drinks and snacks.

the room included two separate sinks. i found a rainfall shower there. the room was also spacious. the beds were comfortable. i found the air conditioning worked well.
